Meghalaya Institute of Entrepreneurship facilitated the 60 days flying8 loom training in collaboration with Sericulture and Weaving, Department of Textiles, Government of Meghalaya to train and provide assistance to the youth with weaving on the Flying8 loom.

This programme is aimed at providing skill up-gradation and improvement in livelihood to youths who are interested in weaving.

The department and MIE encourages more youth who are interested in this field to come forward and get themselves trained with this programme.
