Eri Silk: Timeless and Durable Silk Passed Down as Heirlooms

Eri Silk filaments are stronger and thicker similar to that of cotton and this property has earned its name as timeless and durable silk.

Because of this property, the shawls made from Eri Silk last longer and in the Khasi tradition, they are passed down from Mother to Daughter as an Heirloom tradition in the family.
