Shad Suk Mynsiem or ‘the dance of peaceful hearts’ is held as a symbol of rebirth signifying beginnings where seedlings are planted. On this occasion, the Department of Textiles, Meghalaya wishes everyone a Happy Shad Suk Mynsiem.
