The technical session at the State Level Workshop on Implementation of Central Sector Scheme "Silk Samagra-2" for Development of Silk Industry included insightful presentations by dignitaries.

Borpuzari, Scientist -D, MESSO, Guwahati, Pre-cocoon Sector by Mony Issac, Consultant, Central Silk Board, Post Cocoon and Post Yarn Sector by Shri Jayanta Ghosh, Scientist-D, RSRS, Khanapara, Project Preparation and Implementation guidelines by B.N. Choudhury, Scientist-D, PMC, Guwahati, Seed Sector by Dr. V.K. Rahmathulla, Sr.Scientist -D, Central Silk Board Bangalore, Demonstration on Geo-Tagging App by Dr. B.K. Handique, Scientist/Engineer 'SF' NESAC, Umiam.

The workshop also had an open house discussion and interaction of participants with Shri. R. Wankhar, Zonal Officer, Sericulture as the moderator.
