Ka shad Rah Kynthei is a traditional dance of the tribes of Ri-Bhoi, performed by the raid or sub-tribes of Ri-Bhoi, Meghalaya on important occasions.

The dance is performed to honour the female goddess Blei Kba for a good harvest of rice.
