Meet Pynbhalang Tmung, an unemployed youth with a degree in Civil Engineering who started Nangcwa Textiles-the first commercial Natural Dyeing Unit at Diwon village.

He is a professional organic dyer, who learned the art of Ryndia weaving and vegetable dyeing from his family who have been practicing this traditional art for generations

To fulfil his mother’s dream, he started Nangcwa Textiles with his brothers, with the aim of popularizing vegetable dyes. His business now provides employment to ten other women in Diwon village.
