Ryndia, is more than a fabric to the weavers of Ri-Bhoi in Meghalaya. It’s an heirloom tradition of knowledge and family secrets that is passed on from one generation to another.

The whole community comes together for the production of eri silk, right from the rearing of silkworms to the weaving of the finished products. Ryndia is embedded in the way of life of the weavers of Ri-Bhoi.
