THE BRAND - RYNDIA

The Ryndia Logo has been designed as a circle encapsulating of the weaving process.
The cocoon at bottom flows seamlessly into the flowing silk shawl at the top and both of them combine to form a dove at the middle, the universal symbol of peace, symbolizing Ahimse Silk.

LAUNCH OF THE MEGHALAYA’S FIRST ERI SILK VILLAGE

Ri-Bhoi District in Meghalaya is one of the central regions where Eri culture and handloom weaving is practised, and to pin this epicentre, Umden, Diwon, Raid Nongtluh located in Ri-Bhoi was declared as the State’s first Eri Silk Village on the 12th of February 2021.
